Opening of the Parish Year

As the year gets underway and our schools are returning to a COVID-normal year we will also celebrate the Opening of the Parish Year and mark the beginning of 2021.  All parishioners are invited to join us at one of the Saturday evening Masses across our parish, next Saturday, 6 February, for the official opening of the parish year.  We will commission our parish community members in their various ministries and activities for the year.

Due to COVID restrictions we will not be able to gather all parishioners and school families in one liturgy so we will have a representative group of School staff, students and parents join with other parishioners at the Saturday evening Masses.  Hospitality will follow after each of the Saturday evening Masses.

So please come along and celebrate with us at 6.00 pm at Our Holy Redeemer Church, Surrey Hills, or 5.30 pm at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Deepdene, or 6.00 pm at Our Lady of Victories Basilica, Camberwell.  Please book via TryBooking at whichever Church is convenient for you or in the parish where you are involved in any of our ministries or parish activities.

As parish groups resume their meetings we would ask that you contact the Parish Office to book your meeting space and ensure that you are aware of and follow our COVID safe practices.

We have wonderful facilities for our groups to meet, so please let us know if you would like to book a space for your group or activity during the year at any of the following:
