Our Lady of Good Counsel Grandparents and Special Friends Day

On Remembrance Day, OLGC Primary School celebrated Grandparents and Special Friends Day. It was a wonderful opportunity to welcome our special people into the school and share our learning experiences.

We began the day coming together as a whole community with a Mass. Then our students took our invited guests for a tour around the school and shared what we had been learning in class. The day finished with a Remembrance Day commemoration and a special morning tea.

The students were incredibly proud to share their learning and show how much they appreciate the special people in their lives. We wish we could have our grandparents and special friends in our school everyday!
