The seven sacraments include Baptism, Confirmation, the Eucharist, also known as Communion, Reconciliation (or Penance), the Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders and Matrimony. Sacraments are sacred rituals of the Church through which God is present. In the Sacraments, words, actions and symbols are used to communicate God’s presence and action.
We offer programs for infants and families, school-aged children and youth, and couples and adults to prepare for the celebration of the Sacraments. Some Sacraments are received just once in a lifetime, while other Sacraments are celebrated in our parish communities daily.
Meet each month on the third Monday in the Barnsbury Club House. Bring along your craft project. If you would like further information, please contact the Parish Office.
You are warmly invited to join us as we gather to pray for our loved ones and all the faithful departed.
Hospitality will take place following the 6.00 pm Saturday Vigil Mass.
