Our Lady of Good Counsel Primary School

Celebrates St Patrick’s Day

Last week OLGC Primary School celebrated St Patrick’s Day. Students enthusiastically dressed up in green themed outfits and arrived at school with pockets full of gold coins for our shamrock challenge. Each class competed to cover the most of the giant school shamrock with their gold coins. This was a wonderful way to bring joy to our day and celebrate the gift of giving.

All proceeds were donated to Caritas as part of our 2023 Project Compassion campaign.

Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of Country throughout Australia and acknowledge their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to the people, the cultures and the Elders past and present.
