Social Justice in a COVID-19 Environment continues

The parish’s Social Justice in a COVID Environment series continued this week with over 40 people gathering to continue our reflection on the COVID experience and then to begin to formulate our statements of beliefs around who we are and what we stand for.

This process continues next week and will lead to the formation of a Social Justice Network across our parishes.  There are many people involved in social justice advocacy and action across our parishes.  From the St Vincent de Paul Soup Van, to the dozens of home visits by Vinnies members, to the work of ACRATH in relation to human trafficking and much more.

If you would like to be part of our Social Justice Network make sure you don’t miss the final part of our series: Social Justice in a COVID Environment on Thursday, 20 August.  The first network meeting will take place the following week on Thursday, 27 August.
